What to expect as a new employee:

You start out as a Trainee and must meet the following requirements:

Observe three field training presentations
Complete the Real Estate Principles Course
Start the process to obtain your Real Estate License
Attend the training classes on a regular basis
Fund 3 cumulative loans and meet the above criteria then you will be promoted to a Jr. Loan Consultant.

As a Jr. Loan Consultant (JLC) you must fund 5 loans within 45 calendar days. You will then be promoted to a Loan Consultant.

TCIG normally charges an origination fee of 2% of the loan amount. As a JLC your contract is 40% of the origination fee.

As a Loan Consultant (LC) you must fund 10 loans within 45 calendar days. You will then be promoted to a Senior Loan Consultant.

We will use the same example as a Jr. Loan Consultant, except now the contract is paid at 50% of the origination fee. Overrides are also paid out on downline production.

As a Senior Loan Consultant (SLC) you must fund 15 loans within 45 calendar days for 2 consecutive 45 day periods. You will then be promoted to an Executive Loan Officer.

We will use the same example as a Jr. Loan Consultant, except now the contract is paid at 60% of the origination fee. Overrides are also paid out on downline production.
